In case anyone has been wondering where we've been since Christmas. No, we haven't completely fallen off the face of the planet. Unfortunately since returning home from Christmas vacation we've been experiencing a lot of computer difficulties. For one, my hard drive died on my computer, we think it got fried from sitting too close to the heating vent, so be careful! We've since replaced the hard drive but right now have no operating system on it, so it's pretty much worthless. But thanks to my brother, it should all be taken care of soon. The good news is, the computer was able to work a few more times before the hard drive completely died, so I was able to back up all my files and pictures on our external hard drive *phew*.
Matthew has been back to school since last Friday, only this time now as a teacher and not a student. Teaching three classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday has kept him pretty busy. He has had the only computer with functioning internet (my laptop can't connect here) and he's been taking it with him. So that explains my lack of blogging, I suppose.
We're still settling in here at the new house. My parents came up last weekend and helped us decorate a bit more, so that was fun. As for me, I'm keeping busy with Elijah's "school" and working on my novel, which is now more than halfway done.
