Sophia at Sixteen Months

I'm a little late on this one, it didn't even cross my mind that Sophia had turned sixteen months last Thursday until someone asked me this weekend!

Sophia dressed up for church on Sunday.




What can I say about Sophia at this point? Well, to say she continues to be quite the feisty little girl would be an understatement. Lately she's gotten really good at letting us know what she wants, and pretty much won't take no for an answer. She loves to get into the pantry, especially since I'm prone to leaving it open! Her favorite thing to do is pick her own snack out, even if she just had a meal. Her favorites are Goldfish, animal crackers and raisins.

Yes, her hair is out of control!

She is still quite the climber, much to my chagrin! Just last week I had some boxes out with our Fall/Winter clothing inside and she managed to climb on top of them. Also she climbed up on Elijah's little school chair and stood up. She's going to give me a heart attack one of these days!


Here she is, sitting on the ottoman. She climbed up there all by herself. As you can see she loves to write errr....scribble!



She loves to play with her big brother. Their favorite thing to do is chase each other around the house with their "blasters" made out of Trio blocks. Yesterday she came up to me going "Batbat!" over and over and pointing to Elijah's big batcave playset. She really wanted to play Batman.



She's just now getting to the age where she loves to be read to. Her favorite books right now (no lie!) are "Sleeping Beauty" and "Snow White".


And yeah...she's still a drama queen, why do you ask?
