We had a wonderful Thanksgiving feast yesterday!
We started the holiday festivities Wednesday night by watching the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special.
| Popcorn and Sprite, their favorite. |
We all got up fairly early on Thursday to start cooking and watch the parade. The kids loved it, of course. Sophia especially liked the Hello Kitty balloon (or so she told every single relative we talked to yesterday.) My little cooking buddy was in the kitchen with me every chance she got trying so hard to help while the boys watched football.
| "Banging" the crackers. A very important job. |
| Making sure the crackers are spread evenly. Ha ha. |
| Elijah taking a reading break. Matthew was watching the dog show with Sophia at this point. |
| Time to set the table! |
| Chow time! |
| She was hungry, I think. |
| Elijah, waiting patiently. |
| And much later, after our tummies weren't so full. Pumpkin pie! |
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

These are adorable pictures, Cacey. Especially the ones of Sophia helping you in the kitchen. So, so precious!
Love their chairs for the movie! Love how Sophia helps you so much in the kitchen.
