We were a little bit worried about how Elijah would handle the freedom of being able to get in and out of his bed whenever he felt like it. The crazy thing is, since he started sleeping in his toddler bed last week he has not once gotten out of it after we put him to bed! And on top of that, it now only takes him 10-15 minutes to fall asleep as opposed to the hour it used to take him! It's pretty crazy, I guess he really likes it.
The other night he made me lay down on his bed, he drug over the ottoman and tried to drag over the rocking chair (he got some help from daddy) got out Peter Pan, his favorite bedtime story and proceeded to read me a bedtime story. When he was finished he got down, gave me a kiss and said "Night night". He's so funny.
