Sophia had her six month well-baby appointment today. I wasn't surprised at all to see just how much she had grown, because she's been eating around the clock lately. She's now 14 lbs 10 oz and 26.25 inches! At her four month she was only 12 lbs 9 oz and 25 inches. Big girl! Elijah at six months was a whopping 16 lbs 4 oz!
She got four shots, which she was not happy about. Her doctor prescribed her some cream for a rash she's had for a couple of days now. I'm sure if it's eczema or what, but she seems to have really sensitive skin. Other than that, she's perfectly healthy! She goes back at nine months for another check-up and she'll be going back to the orthopedist around the same time to see if she can be done with her brace.
Elijah had to get his height and weight done for our WIC paperwork. He's now 32 pounds and 38.5 inches, which seems big to me! He also got a flu shot today. We weren't planning on it, but the doctor said the kids could both have one today so I decided to go for it. He was very brave and didn't cry one little bit.
We stopped on the way home to buy our turkey, which was about the same weight as Sophia! We're looking forward to a great Thanksgiving!
